9 of us (2 families, including 5 young adults) stayed at the Kassandra Bay Hotel the 3rd week of August, 2006. It was a terrific place and well worth the money.

Great views, pool, kiddie pool, great service, clean and new rooms, terrific breakfasts, internet access. The beach (Vassilias) was good, not one of the most beautiful beaches but still great.

The location is superb--about a 45 minute walk to the town or a 6-7 euro cab drive. (While there is a bus that goes from the town to all the beaches, it was really crowded all the time so it was good to be within easy and cheap access to the town.) Just fantastic.

Would also recommend the restaurant Bakalico in town--some of hte best food we ate in Greece with lovely Greek music as well.
